Subscription Terms

Effective 28 October 2026 · CrowdUp Premium

These terms explain how CrowdUp Premium subscriptions work: what you pay, when you’re charged, how renewal works and how to cancel. They are part of our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Please read them before you subscribe.

The short version

  • Premium is optional. CrowdUp is free to download and use.
  • Two plans: Weekly and 3 months. Both start with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
  • To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends.
  • Billing, cancellations and refunds are handled by the app store you subscribed through.

Premium features apply to the account you’re signed in to when you subscribe. We may improve or change Premium features over time. If we remove a main feature you’re paying for, we’ll tell you in the app first.

3. Free trial

4. Payment and auto-renewal

Please read before you subscribe

  • Payment: payment is charged to your Google Play account, or on iPhone to your Apple Account, when you confirm the purchase. If you start with a free trial, the first payment is charged when the trial ends.
  • Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal charge: your account will be charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Managing your subscription: you can manage or cancel it at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings, as shown below. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.

CrowdUp doesn’t process or store your card or payment details. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple under their own terms.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time. Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for (or the end of your free trial), and then it won’t renew.

On Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Choose CrowdUp and tap Cancel subscription.

On iPhone (App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  3. Choose CrowdUp and tap Cancel Subscription.

Deleting your CrowdUp account or uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel your subscription. Please cancel it in the store first.

9. Restoring purchases

If you reinstall CrowdUp or move to a new phone, sign in to the same CrowdUp account and use the same Google Play or Apple account you subscribed with. Your Premium status is restored automatically, or you can tap Restore purchases on the Premium screen in the app.
