Meetings worth showing up for.
CrowdUp is for the people you really want in the room. Invite them with a code, meet, verify that it happened, and let honest ratings and rewards do the rest.
It expires when the meeting ends.
Free to use. Premium starts with a 3-day free trial.

From invite to “it happened” in four steps.
Create the meeting
Offline with a place and an exact map pin, or online with a video link. Pick a category, a start time and an optional end time.
Private or publicInvite your people
Search members by name and tick them, or send a ready-made message with the app link and the meeting code by SMS, WhatsApp or anything else.
Guests answer Going or Can’t goMeet and verify
Once it starts, the host has 5 hours to verify the meeting with a meeting moment. Nothing counts until it’s verified.
Unverified meetings show on the host recordMark attendance, then rate
The host marks who came within 24 hours. Guests who were there rate the host and the event on two separate 1–5 star scales.
Public events skip attendanceEvery number comes from what happened.
No opinions about people, no inflated scores. CrowdUp only counts verified meetings, real attendance and ratings from guests who were there.
How the host ran it
Rated only by guests who attended a verified meeting. One rating per guest, and nobody can rate their own meeting.
How good the meeting was
Kept apart from the host rating, so a great host isn’t pulled down by a rainy day, and the other way round.
Do you come when you say yes?
Attended out of accepted, for private meetings only. Declining an invitation never affects it.
Verified · not verified · attendance missed
Shown on every host’s public profile, so you can see who follows through before you go.

Public events picked for you, not for everyone.
Discover starts where you are and what you like. Events you’ve already answered move to your own lists, so the feed only shows what’s new to you.

People you follow, first
Upcoming events from hosts you follow lead the list, from anywhere, then events that match your interests.
Around your town
Uses your phone’s location when you allow it, or any town you search for. Without either, CrowdUp asks instead of guessing.
Online events at your hours
Picked for you and only shown when they start at a sensible time where you are. Nobody is offered a 3 AM call.
See it on the map
Pins with event names, filters for dates and categories, and directions that open in your phone’s own maps app.
What’s filling up
The events most people are going to nearby, and everything happening this Saturday and Sunday.
Music to tech
Music, food, sports, business, gaming, art, wellness, social, tech, education, travel and more. Explore cities with the most events near you.
Credits for following through, not for clicking.
Credits are worked out from real records every time you look, so they can’t be gamed. Hosts earn more because hosting is more work.

Your credits and cups show in gold on your public profile, so new people can see you’ve shown up before.
Your private meetings stay private.
CrowdUp is built so the only people who see a private meeting are the people in it.
Never listed
Private meetings never appear in Discover, in search or on anyone’s profile.
Codes reveal little
A meeting code shows a short preview only. Never the guest list or the host’s other meetings.
Join links for guests
An online meeting’s link is shown only to the host and people who said they’re going.
Your own photo
You choose and frame your profile photo. It’s never copied from your Google or Apple account.
Location on your terms
Used only to find events near you, and only if you allow it. You can always search a town instead.
No ratings of people
Hosts never rate guests as people. Reliability is only whether you came after saying yes.
Good to know.
Someone sent me a meeting code. What do I do?
Install CrowdUp, sign in with Google, Apple (on iPhone) or your email, tap Join by code and paste the code (it looks like K7X4-M2). You’ll see a short preview of the meeting and can answer Going or Can’t go.
Does declining an invitation hurt my reliability?
No. Reliability only counts private meetings you accepted, and whether you then came. Saying no is always free.
Why do meetings need to be verified?
Verification is how CrowdUp knows a meeting really took place. The host has 5 hours from the start to verify it. Only verified meetings unlock ratings, attendance and credits.
Who can rate a host?
Only guests who were there. For a private meeting, that’s guests the host marked as attended. For a public event, everyone who said they were going, once the host verifies it. Each guest rates once.
What happens when a free meeting is full?
Free private meetings hold 8 people and public events 50. When the list is full, the host is offered Premium, and anyone trying to join is told the host has reached the free limit.
Can I host the same meeting every week?
Yes, with Premium. Choose a weekday and how many weeks, or pick up to 5 more dates yourself. Each date becomes its own meeting with its own code.
Is my phone’s location shared with other people?
No. Other members never see your location. It’s only used to find events near you, and only if you allow it. You can search for any town instead.
